Philadelphia Soul at Chicago Rush: (ESPN2) Jon Bon Jovi’s team signed star WR Chris Jackson (Georgia LY) to give vet QB Graziani (64 TDs) another target along with Brackins, Henderson and Horn. Philly (9-9, 7-10 ATS) will be improved but Chicago (13-5, 12-4-2) allowed an AFL-low 44.4 ppg and is 47-33 over the last half-decade. The Rush’s fresh faces (Bonner, Harrell and Alexander) will take time to jell on O. Figure both teams to play it tight. Chicago downed the Soul last year in the Windy City, 54-43.UNDER 97.
