Unbeaten fighters Joel Casamayor and Acelino Freitas battle Saturday night at Cox Pavilion to unify the 130-pound world championship.
Casamayor, the WBA titlist from Cuba, is 26-0 with 16 knockouts and was an Olympic gold medalist.
Freitas, the WBA junior lightweight champion, is 30-0 with 29 knockouts. He enters the fight as as a $1.40 underdog, according to Las Vegas Sports Consultants.
Casamayor and Freitas are currently the top fighters in the division with popular Floyd Mayweather moving up to the lightweight division and former champ Diego Corrales in trouble with the law.
