Couples in search of Valentine treats will be rewarded at the Palms with special room and spa packages, romantic dinners and exquisite individual spa treatments.

For a special weekend getaway, the Palms offers a special three-night package with check-in on Thursday, Feb. 14. The package includes an idyllic dinner for two at the resort’s steakhouse, Nine; a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries delivered by room service; and spa admission for two. The package is $749 for two people.

The Palms’ first-class restaurants will offer Valentine’s Day dinners beginning at only $17.99 for two people at the Sunrise Cafe. The meal features chateaubriand with lobster tails served with baby fresh vegetables and duchesse potato plus chocolate cake filled with raspberry and chocolate.

In Little Buddha, couples can enjoy a Valentine’s Day dinner consisting of two appetizers (sushi roll of sweet crab avocado, tuna and Japanese caviar, and seared Thai beef salad), and an entree of grilled Australian lamb chops and jumbo lobster cake, with warm chocolate cake served with dipped strawberries for dessert. Price is $45 per person.

The most romantic view in town will be found at Alize on the top story of Palms. At $95 per person, the menu features an assortment of appetizers and a choice of four entrees: seared Florida Keys grouper with barley risotto; baked, phyllo-wrapped, free-range chicken breast stuffed with spinach and crab meat, goat cheese and black pepper sauce; oven-roasted Colorado rack of lamb with sour cherry and pistachio baklava; and red wine braised black Angus boneless beef short ribs with Russian banana fingerling potato mousseline.

Couples can also share a relaxing and invigorating visit to the Palms Spa and AMP salon. Packages include the Valentine Classic (1 50-minute aromatherapy massage or signature facial); the Sweetheart Retreat (a 50-minute traditional massage and facial); the Valentine Sampler (25-minute neck, back and shoulder massage, an express facial and brown sugar body scrub); and the Cupid’s Deluxe (a 50-minute traditional massage, signature facial, and green tea and ginger mud wrap). Prices begin at $100.

At the AMP salon, a manicure, pedicure or shampoo and blow dry can be added to any of the Palms Spa packages for 10 percent off.
