Variety is the spice of life, and you’ll find plenty in Sam’s Town restaurants on Valentine’s Day. The love affair with food begins with Willy & Jose’s Mexican Cantina, where you can embrace Asada con Camaron (marinated steak broiled to perfection and accompanied with jumbo shrimp) for $19.99.

Or you can try the Pollo con Carne (grilled chicken breast served with chunks of filet mignon and covered with salsa and fresh avocado slices), also for $19.99. Each dinner includes choice of soup or salad and Jose’s tortilla chips and salsa.

Steak and seafood lovers will find heaven at Billy Bob’s Steakhouse and Saloon. For the occasion, the chef has prepared a heart-shaped, oven-broiled Fresh Ruby Red Trout, served with a lemon-butter caper sauce, for $19.95.

There’s also the Filet and Lobster Francesca, a tender 8-ounce filet, served with two 3-ounce lobster tails and topped with a light seafood cream sauce for $29.95.

In the Firelight Buffet, there’s a Champagne Holiday Menu that features a Sweetheart’s Seafood Pasta Saute included in the $9.99 buffet price. The regular buffet specialties will be served, including the carving station for roast beef and turkey.

Finally, the 24-hour Fresh Harvest Café offers a unique Tequila Shrimp and Chicken Combo for only $8.99. The tequila-marinated chicken and shrimp is served with Southwestern rice, corn and black bean relish, and includes all-you-can-eat soup and salad bar.
