The Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino recently unveiled its newly expanded and remodeled Baccarat Salon, a 6,500 square foot high-limit gaming area that is more than 2,500 square feet larger than the original gaming area.

Located off the main casino floor, the new Salon offers the utmost in service, amenities, and atmosphere and features three new gaming rooms for those guests who desire to play away from the main casino and two separate dining rooms. And, as before, the Salon provides 24-hour butler service. At 19 table games, the new Salon offers eleven more games than the original with four baccarat tables, one roulette, seven Mini-Baccarat tables, and seven blackjack tables.

“The unveiling of this newly expanded Baccarat Salon falls in line with our long-term strategy to provide more high-limit table game opportunities to our upper end guests,” said Rob Goldstein, president of The Venetian. “While the high-end market may be soft now, we did receive increased play during this past year and needed to keep pace with the level of demand.”

The Venetian features 3,036 hotel suites (each standard suite measures approximately 700 square feet), 120,000 square feet of gaming floor, 500,000 square feet of retail space at The Grand Canal Shoppes, the 65,000 square-foot Canyon Ranch SpaClub, and 500,000 square feet of meeting space at The Venetian Congress Center.
