Couples dining at Station Casinos on Valentine’s Day will have many mouth-watering options to choose from.
Boulder Station (432-7559)
From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., The Broiler will serve two special Valentine’s Day entrées: filet mignon with prosciutto and lobster-wrapped medallions or pan-seared sea bass with tomato mint and cilantro sauce for $29.99 per person.
Also from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Pasta Palace offers "a lovers’ trip to Italy" for $49.99 (per couple), which includes a sampler appetizer; choice of salad; a sampling of chicken marsala, veal parmesan, four-ounce filet and four-ounce lobster tail; and tiramisu, cheesecake and chocolate thunder.
From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Guadalajara Bar & Grille, lovers may select filet mignon with five shrimp sarandeados for $19.99, pollo sarandeado for $15.99, or a 10-ounce lobster tail for $22.99.
Fiesta (Henderson 558-7000, Rancho 631-1000)
Couples on either side of town can enjoy a romantic dinner, Thursday through Saturday, available each evening between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m., at Fiesta Henderson’s Fuego and Fiesta Rancho’s Fiesta Steakhouse. The special is steak and jumbo prawns for $19.99
Green Valley Ranch (617-7777)
The Border Grill will serve special entrées between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m., including fresh Pacific oysters ($9.75) or grilled breast of duck ($19.50).
Il Fornaio Italian Cucina will be offering Branzino alla venaccia, sea bass sautéed with venaccia wine ($19.95), between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.
The Feast Around the World Buffet will have Valentine’s day specialties between 3:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. for $11.99.
Sunset Station (547-7777)
From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Capri at Sunset Station offers a choice of oven-roasted rock lobster tail for $24.99 or pan-roasted veal chop for $26.99.
Also between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m., Costa del Sol will offer fire-roasted pancetta-wrapped tenderloin of beef for $25, shellfish "pot au feu" for $19 or dry-aged strip loin and honey-roasted Hawaiian rock lobster tail for $52.
At the Guadalajara Bar & Grille, between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m., they will be offering two specials: mucho Mexicano for $15.99, or a surf & turf Guadalajara for $22.99.
Dinner at Sonoma Cellar will also be served between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Guests can choose shrimp-crusted salmon for $23 or surf & turf for $41.
