Paulie Ayala dominated from start to finish to pound out a unanimous 12-round decision over Clarence "Bones" Adams.
Ayala won the world superbantamweight title on all three cards Saturday night at Mandalay Bay. Ayala had won a controversial split decision over Adams in their first meeting.
Next up for Ayala is a possible matchup against the winner of the June 22 world featherweight title fight between Erik Morales and Marco Antonio Barrera at the MGM Grand.
Two judges scored the bout 118-110 and one had it 117-111 for Ayala, who wound up a $1.30 favorite after being a $1.30 underdog earlier in the week.
