For the first time, a casino is paying its customers to play Megabucks. Throughout the month of March, the Palms is offering a free pull on a Megabucks machine for Club Palms members who cash their paychecks with Power Paycheck. The offer is good every Friday in March.

At press time, Megabucks was over $15 million. The last time Megabucks was hit in Nevada was March 2001 for $7.9 million.

For a chance to win the Megabucks jackpot, Club Palms members must cash their paychecks between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. every Friday. Members who cash their paychecks after 8 p.m. will be eligible to receive a pull the following Friday.

Club Palms members who cash their paycheck with Power Paycheck also receive an entry ticket for the monthly Hurricane of Cash drawing. Drawings are held on the last Wednesday of each month at the Palapa Lounge. Five lucky winners will be eligible to win their share of $10,000 by spending 10 seconds in the Hurricane of Cash booth. Participants must be present to win.

You can sign up at the Club Palms counter or online at {www.palms.com}.

Club Palms members receive special cash offers and enjoy the unique ticket in and ticket out feature so there is no waiting for fills or jackpots.

Also, members will be able to skip lines at all Palms restaurants with their  card. The Palms also offers a buffet discount in which members don’t need to use their points for a meal. Points may be redeemed at any of the Palms’ outlets including the three-story Palms Spa, seven restaurants and food court, and Brenden Theatres.

The Palms Casino Resort is the $265 million boutique resort that opened on Flamingo Road at Wynn last November. Owned by the Maloof family, the 455-room property offers a diverse mix of restaurants and bars, a 14-theater Cineplex, a 1,500-seat, multi-use entertainment venue and a 95,000-square-foot casino.
