A 65-acre site at the corner of Warm Springs and Las Vegas Blvd. will be auctioned June 3, in Las Vegas.

The site had been designated for the planned Portelano resort, but that project couldn’t get off the ground.

With almost 1,500 feet of frontage on Las Vegas Blvd. that stretches to I-15, the site is one of the largest Strip properties still available. Resort Properties of America in association with Robert Deiro and Associates are exclusively handling the sale and auction.

The property is MAI appraised at over $43 million and can be zoned for a major hotel/casino or timeshare developer, said Guy Deiro, President of Robert Deiro and Associates. South Las Vegas Blvd. has been developing at a rapid rate with three new timeshare developments and suite hotels under way. In the past Donald Trump, Sol Kersner and other major developers have studied the site. Call (702) 792-4050 of (702) 732-1776 for information.
