VirtGame Corp., a provider of computer and software products for the casino industry, has entered into a joint venture with a Las Vegas company to build sports betting kiosks.

NetBooth’s kiosks have already been used by a number of casinos worldwide and NetBooth founder/CEO Tony Caporicci said the alliance with VirtGame "will allow us to offer these operators and resorts a significant distribution channel for their gaming products."

VirtGame CEO Scott Walker called the deal "a natural partnership" for his San Diego-based firm, which recently opened a Las Vegas office.

No timeline was given for the product, but Walker said most of the software has received regulatory approval. A prototype was displayed last week at the Interactive Gaming.

NetBooth’s web design division, Premier Pixels, has developed Internet sites for the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas, Park Place Entertainment and World Market Center.
