When he won $1.5 million on Regis Cash Club Video Slots at Treasure Island on the Las Vegas Strip, author Paul Kyriazi was truly living the exciting and glamorous life he writes about. Kyriazi, author of the audio book How to Live the James Bond Lifestyle, was following his own "how-to" advice: playing a game of chance in a world-famous resort. "I really enjoy the multi-line video slots and Regis Cash Club is one of the best," he said. "I’ve been a Regis fan since he was the sidekick on the Joey Bishop Show in the 1960s."

Based in Japan, Kyriazi is in the US to conduct a series of motivational seminars based on his "Bond Lifestyle" and stopped in Las Vegas to see what was new and enjoy "the fantasy" that is a key ingredient in the gaming mecca’s reputation.

"I wanted to see the pirate show at Treasure Island and afterwards played about $40 in the Regis machines," he said. "When the three Regis symbols lined up, I knew I had won something big but never imagined it was this big!" What will he do with his new wealth? "I may upgrade my wardrobe," he said with a smile.

As a Nevada Instant Winner MegaJackpots game, Regis’ Cash Club machines are linked at various casinos within the state and the top progressive award, which starts at $1 million, is paid in full upon verification of a valid win. Produced on IGT’s Vision Series, the 5-reel, 9-line, 45-coin nickel game includes spinning reels, a video bonus screen and a digital column called the Column of Cash. Regis Philbin is featured in video and audio clips during play.
