Mikohn Gaming Corporation reported that its Clue Winning Solution video slot game has received regulatory approvals from the Nevada Gaming Control Board and Gaming Laboratories International, Inc.

Developed under exclusive license from Hasbro, Mikohn’s Clue slot game is a 5-reel, 9-line video slant top or upright game with a maximum bet of up to 90 coins and three bonus features.

"We are delighted to receive these first regulatory approvals for an important new game title," commented David J. Thompson, Mikohn’s chairman and chief executive officer. "Our development team has created a very entertaining, highly interactive game based on one of the best selling board games of all time. Our game combines Clue’s familiar characters, imagery and format with great 3-D animation and graphics, plus unique bonus features."

The Clue board game is a classic "whodunit" with a cast of six eccentric and colorful characters including Colonel Mustard, Professor Plum, and Mrs. Peacock; six possible weapons such as the knife, the rope, and the candlestick; and nine rooms in Boddy Mansion including the library, the billiard room, and the conservatory. The object is to correctly solve the mystery of Mr. Boddy’s untimely demise. Since being introduced in 1949, more than 100 million Clue games have been sold all over the world, placing it in the top 10 games for retail sales worldwide.

The game is the second (following Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Adventures in Trivia) in Mikohn’s Think Big! series of innovative slot games with unique knowledge-based features.
