Shuffle Master: The tough get growing!

Shuffle Master has been named one of America’s 100 Fastest Growing Small Companies by Fortune Small Business magazine.

The Las Vegas-based game maker placed 25th on this year’s list. Rankings are determined by a combination of revenue growth, earnings growth and total stock return measured over the past three years.

Shuffle Master posted a three-year average revenue growth of 25.3 percent, earnings per share growth of 67.4 percent and total stock return of 77.2 percent. The company had $48.6 million in revenue last year.

Chairman and CEO Mark Yoseloff said the firm’s ranking shows "our business strategy has worked and delivered consistently strong financial results.’’

The company was rated the 32nd best small company in America by Forbes magazine last year. Last April, it was listed on the S&P Small Cap 600 Index.

  Shuffle Master specializes in providing innovative, high quality products and services to the casino industry. These include card shufflers, table games and table gaming equipment, slot games and operating system software for slot machines.

The Company’s service, sales and marketing efforts extend to most of the regulated gaming jurisdictions worldwide.

Among its newest products:

”¡ The Kin shuffler, a continuous multi-deck shuffler recently re-engineered to use five decks of cards;

”¡ Three Card Poker ”” the hottest table game in the industry;

”¡ Press Your Luck, an entertaining new video game based on the game show of the same name, which, in turn, runs on the company’s Linux-based, open-access slot machine operating system;
