Two execs added at Lady Luck Casino

Even while owner Isle of Capri (ISLE) goes through the motions of selling the property, the company has taken steps to beef up the management of Lady Luck Casino Hotel in Downtown Las Vegas.

Maria Fleming Richardson, an experienced marketing executive, has been named senior director of marketing and Andy Lang is the new player development manager of the casino.

Richardson, most recently the general manager of Belz Factory Outlet World, spent eight years as director of marketing at the Tropicana Hotel Resort. Lang was an executive host at Green Valley Ranch Station after spending a number of years with the Coast Casino properties.

Martha Vlcek has resigned her position as chief financial officer at PDS Gaming Corp. Company CEO Peter Cleary will fill the position until a replacement has been hired.

James F. McDade has joined Interactive Systems Worldwide Inc. (ISWI) as chief financial officer. He previously was a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Philadelphia and London, England.

Jean Noelting has resigned as president and CEO of CryptoLogic Inc. of Toronto, Canada. No reason was given for his departure from the company. Lewis Rose was named as the interim replacement.

West Martin is the new vice president of the Mesquite State Bank, a division of Bank of Nevada. He was senior thrift examiner for the state of Utah.

Gary Johnson, marketing director for Argosy Casino & Hotel in Lawrenceburg, Ind., has been named general manager of the Argosy Casino & Hotel in Kansas City, Mo.
