New coporate controller

Dana Kelley has been named the new corporate controller at Shuffle Master Gaming Inc. (SHFL). She takes the position from the newly-appointed chief financial officer, Gerald Koslow.

With more than 20 years accounting experience, Kelley leaves UNOVA where she was corporate controller. Prior to that, she spent several years with the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche.

Also named to new positions at Shuffle Master Gaming were David Lopez and Joshua Marz.

Lopez has been promoted to executive director of product management, and Marz now becomes product manager.

At Bally Gaming and Systems, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alliance Gaming Inc. (ALLY), Craig Askins has been promoted to vice president of project management, and Sigmund Lee is the new vice president of software engineering.

MGM Grand Resort Hotel announced that Mya Lake Reyes has been named sales and communications manager for the property, which is owned by MGM MIRAGE Inc. (MGG).

Three new members have been elected to the board of directors of Scientific Game Corporation (SGMS). They are Eric M. Turner, senior vice president of State Street Corporation and a former executive director of the Massachusetts State Lottery; Antoniao Belloni, deputy chairman of Lottomatica, S.p.A. and Rosario Bifulco, CEO and managing director of Lottomatica. The latter company is Scientific Games’ largest shareholder and one of the largest lottery operators in the world with 2001 revenues of $7 billion.
