Shuffle Master says this Bud’s for you.

The Las Vegas game make is debuting several new products at G2E this week. And one of the biggest hits promises to be a video slot machine housed in a 9-foot-talk Budweiser bottle.

Featuring the lizard and frog characters that the brewer made famous, the Budweiser slot blares music and new scripts to keep players entertained.

“It’s an exact replica built to Budweiser’s specifications,’’ says Shuffle Master senior vice president Brooke Dunn, who notes that the nation’s No. 1 brewer guards its brand name and reputation like they were Fort Knox. “It will be the hit of the show.’’

In the shuffler segment, Shuffle Master will introduce Deck Mate, a single-deck device that deals from beneath poker and blackjack tables. “This plays to the popularity of single-deck games and speeds them up,’’ Dunn explains.

Broadening its growing table game franchise, Shuffle Master will debut several new titles to add to its already popular Let it Ride and Three Card Poker. New games include Triple Shot Bonus, Crazy 4 Poker and High Five Poker, a stud game which gives six cards to the player and five to the dealer. In addition, three proprietary blackjack games will be on display: Press Your Luck Blackjack, Single 21 and Jack Magic.

Shuffle Master is also adding a new title, Sydney Omarr's Horoscope Game, to its line of cooperative slot machines developed with IGT. This innovative 15 line, 5 reel game will add to the installed base of recurring revenue games.

New slot offerings include Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk, Hollywood, which recently received its first regulatory approvals, and Rubik's Cube, which was recently submitted for approvals. The new Bigfoot Monster Truck game, Parlay Poker, an innovative multi-play poker, the hilarious Laurel & Hardy video and several new reel games, including a Hollywood bonus game will also be featured at G2E.

Additional products include slot upgrade kits that can be slipped into a variety of machines and Bloodhound, a sophisticated player analysis system developed by Oliver Schubert under the title Blackjack Survey Voice. Schubert signed on with Shuffle Master earlier this year.

Mark Yoseloff, chairman and CEO, commented, “We are looking forward to an exciting Global Gaming Expo and believe it is an opportunity not only to showcase our new products but to reaffirm the fact that Shuffle Master is a growing, diversified company. We credit our entire team for broadening the Company's core business successfully.’’

Shuffle Master (Nasdaq: SHFL), founded in 1983, was ranked as the 32nd best small company in America by Forbes magazine in its 2001 survey; was named to the S&P Smallcap 600 Index in April 2002; and in June 2002 was ranked the 25th fastest growing small company by Fortune Small Business magazine.
