Emmy Nominee Tony Danza to perform at The Orleans

Known as one of America’s most beloved stage and screen stars, Tony Danza is coming to Las Vegas to perform at The Orleans Hotel and Casino, Thursday through Sunday, at 8 p.m.

After receiving a wrestling scholarship and attending college, Tony was originally discovered in a boxing gym in New York.

After being discovered by Producer James Brooks, Tony was cast and is best known, for his loveable sitcom personas, such as his five-year run on Taxi, then onto an eight-season run on Who’s the Boss?

He also works on the small screen, which includes, 12 Angry Men, and has performed in Disney Television movies such as The Garbage Picking Field Goal Kicking Philadelphia Phenomenon, and Noah.

Recently, Tony starred as attorney Joe Celano in the CBS drama series Family Law, for which he received an Emmy Nomination.

On stage; opposite Kevin Spacey, Tony was critically acclaimed for his portrayal of "Rocky" the Bartender, a revival of Eugene O’Neills The Iceman Cometh.

He then created, starred in, and directed a short film entitled, Mama Mia. Moving forward with his career, he also earned an Outer Critics Circle Award for his theatrical debut in Wrong Turn At Lungfish.

Now, riding the success and praise of his re-recording of Frank Sinatra’s famed song The House I Live In, Tony realized his dream, and is now releasing his own debut album.
