Las Vegas resident and restaurateur, Certified Master Chef Gustav Mauler, will perform cooking demonstrations at the GE Monogram booth # 4615 in the central hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, during the International Builders Show (IBS), Tuesday through Friday.
The four-day IBS is sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), in which over 70,000 conventioneers are expected to attend.
As the featured chef for the GE Monogram booth, Mauler will perform his culinary skills demonstrating the latest, high-end line of appliances available thru GE, The Monogram Series line.
Mauler will demonstrate the ease and special features of the equipment as he prepares many of his signature dishes from lobster and asparagus risotto to warm raspberry chocolate cake.
The gallery style booth is a fully stocked unit consisting of a sleek and innovative Monogram "cooking tower."
The tower is comprised of an Advantium speedcook oven, a reverse air convection wall oven and a warming drawer. The booth also features two dual-flame gas cooktops, a preparation area with overhead mirrors, two beautiful, built-in large single-door refrigerators, and an under-counter wine chiller.
The "live" cooking demo booth was reconfigured to accommodate for Chef MaulerÂ¡Â¦s height. Gustav will perform every hour during the duration of the 4-day show. Gustav will also be announcing his recent partnership with Pulte Homes whereby Gustav is endorsing an upgrade kitchen with the Gustav Mauler, CMC Seal of Approval, featuring the GE Monogram series appliance line.

Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
