Dining out is Easter tradition

The Fresh Market Square Buffet at Harrah’s Las Vegas will offer a premium champagne brunch at an affordable price with Easter specials that include such selections as eggs Benedict and leg of lamb. The Easter Brunch, at $15.99 per person, offers delightful meal selections to celebrate the holiday.

Rampart Casino in Summerlin will offer several nice choices for the holiday. The Carmel Room will serve Easter Sunday dinner between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. Selected specials include: hickory apple wood-smoked ham with colonial cider spiced fruit sauce for $16; veal tenderloin stuffed with medjool dates and walnuts with a port wine demi-glace for $25; or lobster quenelles with blackened scallops in a burnt orange sauce for $35. The Promenade Café at Rampart will also serve Easter dinner. and Easter Brunch for $12.95.

Cannery diners will find Sunday brunch at the Cannery Row Buffet between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Easter diners will find something for everyone with classic dishes that include poached eggs Benedict, waffles, and eggs and omelets cooked to order.

Brunch will also offer traditional holiday favorites such as smoked roasted spring lamb, ham, and non-traditional selections like roasted strip loin of beef, Szechwan shrimp, baked ziti, veal scaloppini, and steak fajitas. Easter Brunch will be $10.95 per person.
