Congratulations Charlie’s! All the buzz this week is about Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, celebrating its 15th anniversary! Today and throughout the week, both gamblers and those just looking for the cool, cheap stuff will find it at Charlie’s!

Today’s specials (Tuesday, April 22) include the following: (Note: The party is at the west location on Decatur only, and not at the Boulder Hwy. location.)

”¡ 15 times points from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

”¡ Free cake and champagne from noon until 8 p.m.

”¡ Free anniversary bingo dauber to players with minimum buy-in while supplies last.

”¡ 99 cent food specials all day in the Sourdough Café.

”¡ 50 cent well drinks and draft beer plus $1 bottled beer from noon to midnight.

Then, from today through the end of the month, they are rolling back buffet prices to 1988! The Wild West Buffet for breakfast is $2.49, lunch is $2.99, and dinner is just $3.99.

Gamblers who are members of Charlie’s Ultimate Rewards slot club can also earn 5x cash back up to $25 per day (12,500 points) everyday through April 30. (This bonus point special is also running everyday at Charlie’s Boulder.)

Other new goodies that have turned up this week include new daily lunch and dinner specials at Wild Wild West. Take your choice of the following specials for only $5.95 each, with something a little different everyday of the week: Mondays, Tequila Chicken; Tuesdays, Liver and Onions; Wednesdays, Grilled Salmon; Thursdays, Baked Mostaccioli; Fridays, Beer Battered Orange Roughy; Saturdays, Fried Chicken; and Sundays, Philly Cheese Steak. They have also introduced "Wild Red," a signature brew created exclusively for Wild Wild West. Short draft beers (12 oz.) are 99 cents and tall drafts (22 oz.) are $1.99.

We also found another one of Las Vegas’ infamous late-night graveyard specials. Check out Lucky’s Restaurant at the Stratosphere for a bone-in ham steak special served from midnight to 6 a.m. daily for $4.79. The "Big Shot Special," as it’s called, comes with the giant ham steak, two eggs served any style, hash brown potatoes, toast, and your choice of coffee or tea.

One more tip this week. If you haven’t visited the Las Vegas Hilton lately, you’re missing out on two terrific $4.95 meal deals. A steak and pasta dinner is served from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and a steak and eggs breakfast from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Both are served in the Paradise Café.

Until next time, "Eat well, play well, stay well!"
