With the way these teams are heading, this shouldn’t be much of a contest. Chicago is five games behind No. 8 seed Atlanta, and seems to have thrown in the towel with only three wins in their last 10 contests. In those seven losses, Chicago gave up an average of 108.7 points per game. Moreover, the Bulls have lost 11 of their last 12 road games. Cleveland owns a 7-3 mark against the Bulls, but they’re coming off a game against Charlotte – the Cav’s are only 7-12 in the second game of a back-to-back meeting. It would appear that Cleveland is the right side, but the over in this game appears to be a better bet. Neither team will be focused intensely on defense and if Chicago can get some of their outside shots to fall, the game should sail over the posted total. Chicago/Cleveland OVER 199.
