Cudworth new VP of information services

Rayleen Cudworth has been promoted to vice president of information systems at International Game Technology Inc. (IGT).

In her previous capacity, Cudworth was director of information services and enterprise resource planning where she worked in the development and subsequent major upgrades of the company’s internal business systems infrastructure.

A 15-year employee of the company, Cudworth began as a systems analyst and has held a number of different positions since then. She is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno and has a degree in accounting and computer information systems.

Gaming industry veteran Dick Vink has joined Sigma Game Inc. as California sales representative, according to an announcement by Sigma President and CEO Jim Jackson.

During the past 11 years, Vink has established his reputation in gaming machine sales in positions with Atronic Americas and International Game Technology.

At Ameristar Casinos Inc., J. William Richardson has been elected a member of the board of directors. Most recently, he was vice chairman and chief financial officer of Interstate Hotels Corporation.

VirtGame Corp. (VSTI) reports that Glenn Wichinsky has been appointed to the company’s board of directors. Wichinsky has been active in the gaming industry during the past 25 years providing legal and executive management Âí­assistance.
