Top handicappers to stage sports festival

Some of the foremost sports handicappers in the nation will gather this weekend (Aug. 22-24) for the inaugural Sports Betting Festival at Bally’s in Las Vegas.

The Festival is a chance for sports bettors to learn from and hobnob with astute handicappers such as Jimmy Vaccaro, Marc Lawrence and Buzz Daly.
