At G2E you tend to get hungry walking around the humongous exhibit area located within the airport-style Convention Center. So the main restaurant makes quite a penny and proves to be most sufficient in the search for the quality burger. The cafeteria method of self-serves had burgers sitting under the heated lights waiting to be devoured and they are a healthy size. Curly fries come with the burger and it’s a nice meal, though a bit overpriced. Of course, that’s why you get when you are dealing with a captive audience. The restaurant is open daily for lunch, so it’s a possible stopover if you are near the CC. However, with the $5 parking charge we would suggest stopping here during convention time.

(out of 5): An interesting setting with a rectangular bar full of video poker machines set in a room adjacent to the restaurant area. There are also other eating sections, including a smoking area, in the establishment. The Pub is also stunningly quiet, something we have never experienced in any sports bar / restaurant of this kind. As for the burger, it was a medium-cooked that really looked medium. The steak fries were excellent, but the bun was not your standard hamburger bun. It was sort of a sourbread variety that went down heavy. Service was stellar and the price very good. The roll needs to go, though. Other than that, a solid stop.
