This is as pure a Western steakhouse as you will see. So you would expect that steaks would be better than burgers. Still, we were surprised. Not so much because it was a delicious looking burger, but that it went down like an anvil. I mean that rib-sticking feeling like you swallowed it whole. The burger was plenty thick and pretty expensive. Maybe it was the sauce, but the burger was tough to finish. We did, however, complete the meal. Unfortunately it took 24 hours before we were ready to entertain more food, and we opted for a tuna sub. We’re not down on SA’s, just that you can do a whole lot better in both the wallet and the tummy somewhere else. Stick to the steaks here.
