The Star’s Lounge at the Tuscany Casino is packing in big crowds every Monday Night. And it’s not just for the cheap $1 Miller beer and the Monday Night Football games! It just might be the half-time Bikini Contest that helps to draw the "fans."

Females over the age of 21 are invited to compete in a bikini competition by registering prior to 6 p.m. on Monday evenings. The contest begins at half-time during the Monday night game. The first place winner receives $500, second place $300, and third place $200.

The voters are the customers who receive a voting ticket for every beverage purchased. At the end of the third quarter, the votes are tabulated and the winners are announced at the end of the game. The first place winners from each week will return for a finals competition on the last Monday Night Football game of the season in December. Doors open every Monday at 5 p.m. for the pre-game each week. The fun and games start at 6 p.m.

Meanwhile, if you’re looking for good meal deals, Jerry’s Nugget in North Las Vegas gets the nod this month for another one of their outstanding new specials. Sunday through Thursdays you can enjoy a New York steak and shrimp special for just $5.49, served from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. The steak is prepared the way you like it and the shrimp are pan fried.
