It’s been awhile since we’ve revisited all the ”˜80s tendy eateries like the Big A, TGI Friday’s and Chili’s. Problem is it’s tough to separate one from another. Not that it’s a bad thing, but identity does have its advantages. Anyway, the burger was a bit of a letdown because the cooks won’t go less than medium well. We like to order medium-style in order to preserve the juices, which make the burgers so tasty. Medium well and well done burgers usually create a dryness that causes the meat to be tough to chew. It wasn’t a bad meal (fries and coke added of course), but pretty standard. The service was great, the price reasonable and the tradition here is long established. A good stop with lots of friends. If alone, there are better options.
