An enormous undertaking, with not only a diner
that takes you back in time, but gift shops, live hourly entertainment, a
Franklin Mint model room, authentic Shelby cars and a private game room. There are nightly dinner shows going for $25 per person (call for reservations in advance). The signature dish is actually the milk shakes, which we hear are absolutely the rage. The burger was fine, a little dry, but certainly of good quality. If you like curly fries, this was a good batch. And, the 50s style Coke glasses are always a nice touch. The atmosphere is nice, especially if you can catch a seat in one of the old Caddys scattered around a building the size of several football fields. The Do Whop is part of the Dream Machines complex off Industrial and Oquendo, which is adjacent to the southbound portion of I-15.
