# A hundred way 10!

Why play a hundred ways on a ticket? There are some good reasons. One time to play that hundred way ticket might be in a tournament where you need a ticket that is event priced (a multiple of \$10.00), or maybe you just want to play a big way ticket at a convenient price at 10 cents a way. A \$10.00 one hundred way ticket would just fit the bill.

Here’s a nice one for those of you who like to play ten spots. Mark twenty numbers and group them into 5 groups of 3 and 5 kings: 3 3 3 3 3 1 1 1 1 1

This will give you a 100 way 10, and since the average hit on 20 numbers is five numbers, you will probably get lots of play on it. 50 of the ways are constructed with a 3-3-3-1 grouping, while the other 50 ways use a grouping of 3-3-1-1-1-1. Nice!

Or you can try the same twenty numbers grouped 3-3-3-2-2-2-2-1-1-1. This will give you either a 100 way 12 or a 100 way 8. Go for it. I would be tempted to play the 12 spots, I think twelves are very under-rated.

The same twenty numbers, if grouped 4 4 3 3 1 1 1 1 1 1 gives you a 100 way 11 or a 100 way nine. Elevens are very powerful payers when they hit while the nines pay out more often. You pay your money and you make your choice.

Well that’s it for this week, Good Luck, I’ll be in line with a 100 way ticket! Happy New Year!
