Stick with SaberCats

San Jose at Utah Blaze: I’m going to stick with the AFL champ SaberCats (3-4, 2-5 ATS) until they cover. And lowly Utah (0-7, 1-5-1 ATS) may be just that key spot. SJ really needs the win for its confidence while the word "win" may not even be in the Blaze’s vocabulary. Last season, the Cats and QB Grieb trounced Utah by 21 points twice. Expect a much better performance by SJ in this one at SLC’s EnergySolutions Arena. In Utah’s last home game, it lost by 21 to the Force (70-49). SABERCATS.

N.Orleans at Ariz Rattlers: The most surprising team in indoor football this season, NO (5-2 SU/ATS), has some real talent in QB Wimprine (29 TDs, 2 INTs) and superstar WR Tyronne Jones (35 TDs!), a Big Easy native and former Soul man. The venom-less Rattlers (3-3 SU/ATS) have been outscored by 7.5 PPG against somewhat mediocre competition so far and play in now what’s the AFL’s weakest division (Western). VOODOO.

G.Rapids at Chicago Rush: It’s been all Chitown in this series with the Rush winning the last three meetings by an average of 25 PPG, including a 64-35 crunch job in Grand Rapids in Week 3. Chicago (4-2 SU/ATS) has outscored its opposition by 16.5 PPG – second behind Dallas – and has way too much talent. RUSH.
