Reno casino goes VirtGame route

VirtGame Corp. recently got another foot into the Nevada sports book market by installing its PrimeLine SportsBook system at Casino Fandango in Carson City, Nevada.

"We are very excited to launch our first sports book at Casino Fandango utilizing VirtGame’s PrimeLine SportsBook, which meets all of our sports book management requirements," said Steve Forester, Casino Fandango’s manager. "It is a complete management system that is easy to use, easy to install, and is far more flexible and scaleable than the other systems that are currently approved in Nevada."

PrimeLine SportsBook is a Nevada-style, fixed odds sports wagering management system that tracks customer wagers on various sporting events with back office activities that provide risk management.

The PrimeLine system was introduced to Nevada last year, and is a direct competitor to American Wagering’s Computerized Bookmaking System (CBS) sports wagering system, which dominates the Nevada market.

Last summer, PrimeLine was installed in three Terrible’s casinos owned by Herbst Gaming, and Casino MonteLago at Lake Las Vegas.

In Nevada, Las Vegas Dissemination Company is the exclusive distributor for VirtGame’s PrimeLine sports management system.

PrimeLine is the back end for VirtGame’s SBX (Sports Bet Express), Nevada’s first sports wagering kiosks in non-casino licensed locations such as bars and taverns.

SBX broadens casinos’ brand reach while allowing their customers more frequent sports book participation through an extended network.
