This is the happening place in Summerlin, located in the ritzy Boca Park furniture and fashion center that oozes Palm Beach flavor. Who knows, maybe we’ll see Roxanne Pulitzer here sometime. Anyway, you can eat outdoors in a café setting or sit inside and watch all the NCAA games from morning till night. Or, you can just drink martinis at the bar and soak in the ambiance. The Kahuna Burger, a 14-oz giant cheeseburger, is enough to last the entire day. If you have it for lunch, forget dinner. Kahuna is one of the juiciest we’ve tasted. The fries are thin, sort of like potato sticks, but quite tasty. Our only complaint is price, but you do have to pay for style. If management cuts a buck off the price, we’ll go the full five. A definite Happy Hour stop.
