Steve Rossi todebut at Lady Luck

Steve Rossi, the singing half of the world famous comedy team of Marty Allen and Steve Rossi, has signed a three-month agreement to produce and perform nightly at Lady Luck Casino in downtown Las Vegas beginning April 6.

On Monday evenings, Rossi will present "The American Idols of Tomorrow" talent showcase. It will be open mike night for national and local performers looking to break into the Las Vegas market. The weekly event will take place from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. and will award prizes, including a one-night performance at Lady Luck.

Tuesdays through Thursdays, will feature well-known jazz singer Nancy Kelly from 8 p.m. to midnight. John Gilbert, of JazzReview.com said of Kelly: "I will say without the slightest degree of hesitation, that Miss Kelly is the best female jazz singer that I have ever heard, bar none ”¦ I repeat, bar none."

Fridays through Sundays, Dean Rossi’s Top 40s will entertain from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

"You’ll never know what to expect," said Mr. Rossi. "Many of my celebrity and musician friends will be dropping by and I’m sure they’ll provide a lot of fun and entertainment. Every night will be a unique experience. Best of all, we’re providing this entertainment free to lounge visitors."
