Another of those, dare we say, "trendy" spots in the Summerlin area. There is definitely a Southwestern feel to this upscale grill in terms of menu and décor. Z’Tejas offers a variety of sauces you can apply to the burger, but it’s a hit simply plain. Great taste and less filling. Now if only the fries were on the same level! Not that they are bad, just average. The service is great and so is the atmosphere. The price is about average for a stylish bistro, but we always search for the under $10 bargain. There is also a very nice patio area where you can have your meal. An excellent place for lunch, dinner and happy hour . But there’s plenty of stiff competition in that Sahara/Fort Apache area.
