DQ has always been the one that we forgot in the fast-food chain. When I think DQ, ice cream cones come up. We heard about the "Brazier" burger, but somehow never tried one. Then these clever ads began appearing on TV about the "flamethrowers." We were intrigued, thus the visit. But the tummy is not set up for all that spicy Mexican stuff, so we settled on the double cheeseburger. And, we came up with a hit. The burger was tasty and, surprise, the fries were quite good. Far better than McDs and BK, equal to Wendy’s. Nobody touches Fatburger’s steak fries in the fast-food circuit, but DQ was solid. Plus, DQ has Mountain Dew! And, of course, the great ice cream cone. We’re comin’ back.
