Hillibillies slot pays $574,000

Playing the penny The Beverly Hillbillies Video Slot paid off big time for Yueh Baechtel, a computer expert for the Federal Reserve Bank in Cleveland. She hit the MegaJackpots Instant Winners award for $574,000 at the Aladdin Resort on the Las Vegas Strip and walked away with a check for the full amount after the jackpot was verified.

Baechtel said that during her five day stay in Las Vegas she has become a regular on the Hillbillies machine because she liked the way the game played and found it to be a barrel of fun.

Helping her daughter with university expenses top her list of things to do with the money but said the win won’t change her life all that much. "I always work hard," she said with a smile, "and that’s not likely to change."

The Beverly Hillbillies Video Slots is one of the games on the TV Hits MegaJackpots link developed and operated by IGT. So far this year, lucky TV Hits MegaJackpots winners in Las Vegas have pocketed nearly $2.5 million. The other themes on the link are the 2-cent M*A*S*H video slots and the penny Twilight Zone video slots.
