This new addition to the Corporate Plaza at the Hughes Center bills itself as "Where Old School Meets New School." Didn’t have the pleasure of meeting either Nick or Tony, but they should be proud of the burger. Substantial, filling and very good. Excellent bun, nice crispy fries and a cool touch serving the meal on wooden blocks with a handle. Sort of a frying pan feel. We like it. As far as atmosphere, it’s just fine. You can eat inside or outside and take in the view of the Hughes Center towers. We do suggest adding a mist for the customers that opt to contend with 100-degree plus heat in the summer. The service by waiters is classy and upscale. Only problem is the price. It’s in the Smith and Wollensky neighborhood and that’s a restricted area. Lower the total and you get the high five.
