For the third year in a row, the online poker site UltimateBet.com is taking its World Poker Tour (WPT) tournament to Aruba. With a guaranteed minimum prize pool of $4 million and with first place guaranteed to win $1 million, this is among the largest World Poker Tour events to date.

Like its other tour events, the World Poker Tour will film the event for broadcast on The Travel Channel. The WPT’s third season of events, which kicks off this month, will be aired in 2005.

The 2004 UltimateBet.com Poker Classic requires a $6,000 + 200 buy-in and will be held Sept. 26-Oct. 1.

Players can win an Aruba prize package, which includes the $6,200 buy-in to the main event and airfare and hotel accommodations for two by playing online at ultimatebet.com. Super satellites begin at $25. Plus free Aruba package tournaments are also held monthly online.

Players who buy directly into the tourney can reserve rooms at one of the four Aruba hotels contracted for this event: The Radisson, Wyndham, Hyatt and Marriott. Call (404) 923-9118 for hotel and travel information to enjoy the poker rates. The main event and all side tournaments will be held at the Radisson Aruba.

UltimateBet.com is a charter member of the World Poker Tour. UltimateBet.com is an international, privately held corporation founded in 2000, and is licensed and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake, Canada.
