Coupon users should also keep their eyes on the Strip. "Vegas Values" coupon books are being distributed at various locations. These little books have excellent Las Vegas values including some 2-for-1 show discounts and more. They are not to be confused with some of the other "hand-outs" that are distributed on the Strip.

Fiesta Stations are making the news again with another great deal. The Steakhouse at Rancho or Feugo’s at Henderson are offering half-price wine with dinner. There are over 85 wine selections available. Purchase any two entrée’s and receive your choice of a bottle of wine for half price. The offer is valid Sunday through Thursday and expires August 31.

On the Strip, Bally’s is serving a prime rib and Alaskan King crab leg special for $13.95 in the Sidewalk Café from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily and a New York sirloin steak and eggs special for $8.95 nightly from 11 p.m. to 11 a.m. (Note: The Sidewalk Café has been closed recently for some kitchen remodeling, but continues to run the specials in nearby Seasons Restaurant when the Sidewalk Café isn’t open.)

Across the street, Bourbon Street Hotel Casino serves a late night filet and eggs special for $5.95. The breakfast deal runs from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. They also run a casino/lounge special offering a bucket of Corona’s (four bottles) for 10 bucks.

Here’s a bargain deal for gamblers: cash any IRS or government-issued check at the El Cortez downtown and receive a free keno ticket with a shot at a million dollars, a triple slot club points coupon for Jackie’s Club (you pick the day you want to use it,) a $5 blackjack matchplay coupon and a voucher for a free bottle of wine with dinner at Roberta’s restaurant.

Until next time, eat well, play well, stay well.
