Any venue that plays Lesley Gore records has to be quality. The Plaza Diner creates the American Graffiti feel with a long counter divided in half between smokers and nonsmokers. When you enter the diner, there’s a photo of this "bronto burger" — a humongous meal that no normal eater could possibly put away. Fortunately, the standard burger is available and it rocks. Big, thick, juicy and filling. Plus, you won’t get cheated on fries. This is a burger in the traditional way. We loved it and would gladly come back for more. And, there’s even gambling. What a concept!
