Brando’s is everything you’d want in a sports tavern — good food, friendly service, gaming, a nice variety of beverages and sociable customers.

Located at 3725 Blue Diamond Rd., Brando’s Sports Bar is just a hop west of I-15 in the rapidly expanding southwest area of the Las Vegas valley.

Owned by the same folks who operate the very popular Brando’s in Green Valley, the cozy pub has developed a loyal following of customers who enjoy the tasty cuisine, their favorite libations, video gaming, and weekly contests and giveaways.

Among the popular specialties that are prepared to order from the freshest ingredients are the homemade chili, 10-ounce rib eye steak sandwich, Philly cheese steak sandwich, homemade meatball sandwich, grilled chicken breast sandwich with bacon and honey mustard, and Brando’s famous "square" pizza.

The pizza is served in three sizes and topped with a variety of fresh ingredients: pepperoni, sausage, ham, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, olives and tomatoes.

Breakfast lovers may want to try the unique breakfast pizza, served with scrambled eggs and cheese and a potpourri of toppings.

Other breakfast treats include omelets, egg dishes, French toast, pancakes and a hearty breakfast sandwich made from eggs, choice of breakfast meats, lettuce and tomatoes.

Of course, the bar serves a tantalizing blend of domestic and imported brews, wines and ales.

Gaming enthusiasts will like the nice mix of video poker, video keno and blackjack games, which are selectable in several denominations (up to $5 per credit).

Video poker is also available in the popular triple- and five-play configurations.

True to its name, Brando’s Sports Bar has TV monitors throughout, making the sports action easily-viewed though not intrusive.
