Saber’s Best

Twins at Yankees: Minnesota could meet the Yanks in the playoffs so a win over the Bronx Bombers in their own park means a lot. Kyle Lohse is fighting to be that third pitcher in the Minny rotation. A win over El Duque could clinch that role. Yanks relaxing after Boston series and could be caught napping. Duque is 8-1, but dropped his last start. MINNESOTA.

Angels at Rangers: A chance for ace Bartolo Colon to step up and earn all that money Anaheim paid to get him over there. Colon has an 11-5 lifetime mark against Texas and a win here would be huge in the AL West race. Chan Ho Park is back in the Texas rotation after yet another injury. Park is 3-5 with a 5.23 ERA vs Anaheim and only 3-6 in limited games this season. He’s a train wreck waiting to happen. Just ask Dodgers. ANAHEIM. — Richard Saber
