Jerry’s Nugget is celebrating its 40th anniversary though Nov. 21 and players are reaping the rewards. Upcoming events include a free blackjack tournament with a guaranteed $2,000 payout, free bingo gifts and cash drawings, double More Club points in the keno lounge, a collector’s glass promotion at the main bar, and a guaranteed $80,000 cash giveaway that started last Sunday.
In the keno lounge, customers will get double their More Club points every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. And the Jerry’s Nugget bingo hall will conduct special anniversary gift giveaways and $50,000 big games throughout October and November.
The Main Bar is offering a specialty glass giveaway. Customers will get a specialty glass through Nov. 18, Sunday through Thursday, by hitting a designated four of a kind or they can purchase the designated drink and receive a commemorative glass free.
In the table game pit, qualifying for the "Back to the 60’s" blackjack tournament is under way. This 1960’s themed blackjack event complete with tie-dye and peace signs will be held on Saturday, Oct. 16. Top winners will receive cash awards and all finalists will get a "far-out" gift. A limited edition commemorative chip collection depicting the four decades of Jerry’s Nugget history will be available on $1, $5, $25 and $100 casino chips.
Casino customers can participate in the Wheel of Gifts giveaway pit party and the keno gift giveaway. The Wheel of Gifts giveaway is Nov. 5-20 in the pit. The keno gift giveaway is Nov. 1-21 in the keno lounge.
The festivities continue with a guaranteed $80,000 cash giveaway that started last Sunday. Players will receive one drawing entry for every 100 points earned through Nov. 21 and every customer showing their More Club card will get one free entry daily.
Ten drawing dates are scheduled starting on Oct. 17, with eight lucky winners at each drawing taking home $1,000 cash. That’s 80 winners each receiving $1,000, for a total cash giveaway of $80,000. Plus, all winners will qualify for a chance at the "Double Your Money" bonus drawing held on Nov. 26.
