So, you’re in Vegas for a convention and wondering, "Should I fill my face in a mass-produced food operation between seminars. In the case of the International Café, the answer is affirmative. There are plenty of options such as meals off the grill, fruits and vegetables or more exotic choices. It’s self serve, but cooks are there so you are getting orders that haven’t sat awhile. The price isn’t bad considering you are a captive audience in the humongous convention center area. The burger was tasty, though the curly fries were merely average. Still, we stopped each day so enjoy the experience when you attend a convention or expo like G2E.
