Three former senior executives of the recently sold Horseshoe Gaming Holding Corporation last week announced the formation of House Advantage LLC, a gaming management company in Summerlin.

The three ex-Horseshoe executives are, Roger Wagner, former president; Jon Wolfe, former chief information officer; and Dominic Polizzotto, former general counsel and vice president of development. They represent more than 60 years of experience in the industry including 10 years with Horseshoe.

House Advantage will offer its expertise in casino marketing and branding, information technologies, security, financial systems and controls, human resources and regulatory counsel.

"We’re dedicated to providing our casino and hotel clients with proven solutions for increasing market share and profits," says Wagner. "We have a proven track record that we can now apply to our clients. We can create or improve a brand, advise on updating technology, develop aggressive marketing programs and solidify the corporate culture."

The firm will also joint venture to develop new casinos.

"We will partner with our clients every step of the way," adds Polizotto. "Whether it’s a new acquisition or merger, or revitalizing an existing property, we can approach the task from every angle to maximize the results."

Horseshoe Gaming was sold by its founder, Jack Binion, to Harrah’s Entertainment for about $1.5 billion last year. The firm was separate from Binion’s Horseshoe in Las Vegas.

"Our experience at Horseshoe is valuable to a wide variety of entities," says Wolfe. "Casinos, race tracks and venture capitalists, among others, will form our client base."
