Jeremy HillNFL fantasy is finally here.  This is what my column breathes for -- a list of picks to make winners of us all.

For those unfamiliar with my column, it’s simple. I give out an obvious star player (Captain Obvious) and two guys with lower than average salaries to use in your lineups (Diamonds in the Rough).

If you have never dabbled in the world of daily fantasy sports (DFS), the two major players, the Coke and Pepsi of fantasy sports if you will, FanDuel and Draft Kings. Here are some of the many contests they are offering for NFL Week 1:

FanDuel

$1 Million Sun NFL Rush ($5 entry; 1st Place $100,000; 229,885 entries)

$5M NFL Sunday Million ($25 entry; 1st Place $1,000,000; 229,885 entries)

$100K Sun NFL Bootleg ($5,300 entry; 1st Place $50,000; 20 entries)

$150K Sun NFL Touchdown ($50 entry; 1st Place $15,000; 3,370 entries)

For the college football fans out there check out their Playboy College Football Championship.

Draft Kings

NFL $10M Millionaire Maker ($20 entry; 1st Place $2,000,000; 572,500 entries)

NFL $1M Kickoff Million ($3 entry; 1st Place $100,000; 383,300 entries)

NFL $300K Thunderdome ($5,300 entry; 1st Place $100,000; 60 entries)

King of the Hill Qualifier ($27 entry; 1st Place Entry into King of the Hill battle (chance at $25,000 head-to-head; 1,182 entries)

Still after the baseball money? Check out MLB $2.5M Millionaire Maker on Tuesday, September 15th, $1 million to first place.

Here are my selections for Week 1 in NFL Fantasy (FanDuel is the first salary, Draft Kings is the second salary. Averages for each site are: FanDuel $6,667 and Draft Kings $5,555):

Captain Obvious

Jeremy Hill, RB, Cin (Fan $8,600; DK $7,100) – Of course I am giving out the guy I said would be the No.1 overall fantasy pick next year. Funny thing is I like the Raiders to win this game but I truly believe that Hill is a nuisance for the Oakland defense. Projection: 157 yards, 2TDs. 2-27.

Diamonds in the Rough

Heath Miller, TE, Pit ($5,500; $3,300) – With Le’Veon Bell out for Pittsburgh, the door for some red zone touchdowns is open for Miller. Back in 2012, before Bell, Miller had nine inside-the-5 targets; look for the Steelers to find the reliable receiver in the back of the end zone. Projection: 3-45-2.

Allen Robinson, WR, Jac ($6,100; $5,400) – Carolina is in a state of flux with the injury to Kelvin Benjamin. Add that to the fact the Panthers offensive line is getting worse each year. Now Carolina goes against a Jacksonville defense that I project to be a Top 10 unit this year. What does it add up to? A bunch of possessions for the Jags and Robinson has a stellar game. Projection: 8-139-2.
