MONDAY NIGHT FANTASY

Here is a fantasy breakdown of the two Monday night games this week (#MNF):
Minnesota Vikings -2.5 at San Francisco 49ers
This is the story of two offenses. One, the Vikings, are on the upswing second-year QB Teddy Bridgewater is showing how he might be the future Minnesota has been dreaming of. Oh, and they just happen to return Adrian Peterson, arguably the best running back in NFL. On the other hand is the 49ers, who have probably had the worst offseason in the history of the league. SI’s Peter King did a graphic that showed what he believes was the 25 most important pieces in San Francisco. Six players are now elseware, four coaches are gone and four players retired. That’s 14 out of 25. The 49ers will be tough to get a read on early.
Recommend: Teddy Bridgewater, Adrian Peterson, Kyle Rudolph
Stay away: Carlos Hyde, Torrey Smith
Philadelphia Eagles -3 at Atlanta
The Eagles are one of the biggest hyped offseason NFL teams, however, I actually believe in the hype. Provided Sam Bradford can stay healthy, seems like I have wrote that 39 times, the Eagles are a Super Bowl contender. If Mark Sanchez has to come in I do think the Eagles can still be a dangerous playoff team, but they will need Bradford to go the distance. The Falcons finally unloaded a stiff of a head coach in Mike Smith, in my opinion one of the worst coaches in the league the past three years, now it’s Dan Quinn in charge. Atlanta should bounce back this season and I expect this to be a great game. Oh, and it should be a huge fantasy points game.
Recommend: Julio Jones, Jordan Matthews, Matt Ryan, Sam Bradford, Josh Huff
Stay away: Devonta Freeman, Nelson Agholor, Riley Cooper, DeMarco Murray
