Put an end to end zone shot

OK, a show of hands. How many stuck it out to watch Broncos-Colts? We thought so.
Thank goodness the Golden Knights were hosting two-time defending Stanley Cup champion Pittsburgh for the one and only visit to T-Mobile. We only needed to watch the NFL Network lemon during commercials.
And what we saw was a flimsy attempt to put a positive spin on this bore – sky cam shots from an end zone perspective. Now I ask, would you rather have tickets at the 50 yard line or behind the goal posts? Yeah, we thought so.
Trash the end zone shot! It doesn’t work with our Dirty Dozen panel, which voted 2-0 (me recused himself . . . myself and I voted against). We are traditionalists. Please show the game the normal way. We remember when baseball on TV was seen from the batter’s view and not the pitcher’s. Let’s hope football is not evolving to that way of thinking.
As for Denver-Indy, there were some anxious betting moments when the Broncos were riding C.J. Anderson runs down the field at the very end with the score 25-13 and the total sitting on 40. But C.J. took it easy and Denver settled for the 12-point win sending UNDER bettors to the window.
We also got another look at the Wizard of Os, Brock Ozweiler, who actually looked good in a relief role. He’s seems like a likeable guy and certainly has backed the company line in Denver. We had Denver -3 because of the superior defense. Oh happy day.
