Bubba has two victories at River Highlands and a runnerup this decade. But our panel of “guessperts” does not have the lefty bomber on our radar screen this go-around. Nor do they even consider Jordan Spieth, who needs a psychiatrist and a few putting lessons.
This year’s event has drawn a surprisingly strong field considering it has to follow the US Open. Even Brooks Koepka the repeat Open champ is honoring his commitment to play this week. His odds at Westgate are 15-1 and that’s not the favorite. That honor belongs to Justin Thomas at 11-1.
