Media reports surfaced early Sunday indicating that Floyd “Money” Mayweather was refused last-minute prop wagers on his mega-fight with Conor McGregor.
According to ESPN, Mayweather attempted to place a $400,000 bet that his fight would be over before the conclusion of the 10th round. He also tried to place another bet on a knock out of McGregor.
ESPN reports indicate the CG Technology book at The M Resort rejected those bets due to "concerns over the legality of a fighter betting on anything other than a straight win." Mayweather was looking at -200 odds for that 10th round finish bet.
